DMCA Policy

Lloyd Price Net Worth ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy describes how we address claims of copyright infringement and how copyright owners can submit a notice of infringement, as well as how users can submit a counter-notification if their content has been removed due to an alleged infringement.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws. We will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. For repeat infringers, we may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate their access to our services.

Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material available on or through Lloyd Price Net Worth infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please send a written notice of infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to confirm these requirements):

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL(s) of the specific material).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Failure to comply with all of the requirements of Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA may result in your DMCA notice not being effective.
